SPECIAL PROGRAM–Lost in the Woods: Finding Your Way to Meet Any Challenge
Rowe Camp & Conference Center, Rowe, MA
Friday, November 28 through Sunday, November 30
Gain confidence and skills to handle life challenges that leave you feeling lost and alone — by getting lost in the woods for real, with a partner, and finding your way out.
When life throws you challenges that feel overwhelming, do you feel disoriented, on the edge of panic? You’ve lost your inner compass. You can’t find your path. Metaphorically, you’re lost in the woods.
One of the best ways for learning to manage those challenges is to actually get lost in the real forests of Rowe and then find your way out — safely, in the daytime, with a companion, and under the guidance of experienced wilderness expert Frank Grindrod, who will teach you skills that not only can save your life, but also change it, giving you new-found self-assurance, clarity, and fearlessness in encountering the unknown.
* Get hands-on training in “aidless navigation,” moving without a map or compass.
* Learn how to read the sun and stars.
* Master basic orienteering.
* Best of all, learn that you’re capable of staying calm and finding your way — out of any predicament!
Be sure to register ASAP! Call 413-340-1161 for more information.

THE NEW MILLENNIUM BACHELOR PARTY!
“Frank and his team of survivalist are a different breed. They combine knowledge building with team building in an action packed survival course that pushes you to your limits. We recently hired Frank to handle my brother’s bachelor party and I have to say it was an experience. If you are thinking of doing the boring casino and golf bachelor party, I would say think again. Think about having a survivor bachelor party with Frank and do something unique. The experience will allow you build your knowledge on basic survival, bust your buddies around a fire you made with 2 sticks, and provide stories for a lifetime.” Damien Cabral
“Frank and Greg provided us with a lifetime of memories packed into a 20 hour trip that tested our skills, taught us more about who we are as people, and armed us with useful knowledge about surviving in the wilderness. What they provide can’t be found in a survival manual; it is an experience that really opens your eyes to what is important in life. They helped us realize the difference between our “wants” and what we “need” to survive. It was a thought provoking experience that brought our group of friends closer together. I would strongly recommend any of Frank’s classes for individuals of all ages and experience levels.” Dustin Cabral (previously known as the Bachelor)
