Learn how to build a clay oven with us!

Cob (clay) ovens are durable, functional and beautiful additions to a backyard, farm, garden or school. They serve as focal points for community events, and make cooking and baking a slower, more intimate experience.

Used for many thousands of years, clay ovens can cook for hours–making bread, pies, pizza, meat, vegetables–using a minimal amount of wood.

We will be working together to build the oven using locally, responsibly sourced materials. You can then take what you learn and build your own!
