Come one; Come all…to our Homeschool Open House & “Feast”!
Have you heard the buzz about Earthwork Programs’ Homeschool Programs? Have you ever been to an Open House outdoors?
Firemaking, animal tracking, foraging for wild edibles, shelter building, knife carving…just a few of our favorite wilderness skills!
This Open House is for families to learn about Earthwork Programs and our community, where we do these things all the time and open up a whole new way of seeing nature! We’ll be making soup in a pumpkin (for sampling by all)…and sharing dishes (feel free to bring something to share).
Be at the Larch Conservation Center (525 South Pleasant Street) in Amherst by 11:00 a.m. to be escorted to the “camp” in the woods (wear appropriate footwear and clothing!).
Call 413-340-1161 if you have questions.
