Taking Leadership Development Out of the “Bored Room” and into the Wild
Coaching for Individuals, Teams, and Organizations

RESILIENCE BUILDING
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Sick of the Typical Corporate Leadership Development?
X Bland, off the shelf presentations.
X Icebreakers, trust-falls, and other shallow and boring “activities.” (that don't quite cut it)
X Forgettable content that doesn’t make a difference.
X “Team Building” that focuses on competition over cooperation.
X “Impersonal development” via zoom.
You have worked hard trying to get the right people and experiences. Though other programs have offered valuable insight,
you still need something a little different to "Engage " the team.
You deserve leadership development that gets people out of their daily grind and into
the outdoors where we go deeper around a campfire your team builds.
EarthWork Does Leadership Development Differently:
Survival Skills Training
What does building a fire and finding your way through the wilderness have to do with your spreadsheets and KPIs? Everything. Next time you face a tough challenge at work, you’ll have the confidence needed to know that you can overcome whatever adversity is thrown at on the job and in life. When people are given a challenge of fire building they naturally form deeper connections to each other and nature
Cooperative Team Building
Getting out of the cubicle and off the Zoom meetings and into nature helps build real cooperation and team chemistry. It’s only when you get out of your comfort zone with others, that true team engagement can happen.
Shared Experiences
Every leader wants to develop the “ownership mindset” in their people. When each team member is personally responsible to help find a shelter, build a fire, gather food, etc. we activate a primal need to survive and thrive that carries over to the office.
What they say
“
For two consecutive years I brought my team out to learn from Frank. The skills and insights that Frank brought to my group, many of whom had little to no experience in the outdoors, were truly transformative. The lessons are as applicable to my business as they are in the wild; patience, preparedness, reflection. The experience is something that my team members past and present still talk about and I’m looking forward to learning more from a Frank in the future.

"Frank traveled out to Colorado to do some high alpine survival training for my company and with a great group of men. They were all highly impressed with the depth of knowledge and experience Frank brought to the table. He has a wonderful temperament and style of teaching. Would certainly recommend him to all other groups who could benefit from his outdoor survival expertise."

Don’t wait, schedule a call today.
No Leader Wants a Boring Leadership Development Program
There are so many ways to waste your development dollars on speakers, experiences, and events that don’t work. If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting the lackluster results you’ve always gotten.
The key is to get out of your comfort zone, which means getting out of the land of stale coffee, endless zoom meetings, and corporate jargon and get into an environment where everyone is equal and everyone is challenged.
Only then can real connections form and long lasting trust be built.
Let’s do leadership development differently. Get outdoors!
